Alessia Di Iacovo, Managing Director, ADiValue
Alessia is a certified intercultural consultant, credited to the business application of Hofstede’s National and Organizational Culture Models. Having studied at an American school, and pursuing an International MBA, she is even more aware of how Italian culture looks like from an outside perspective.
Her main experiences are in the HR consultancy and international business development, achieving partnerships with global networks such as OI Global Partners (world network of career services companies) and itim International (world network of intercultural management). Today Alessia is co-founder and Managing Director of ADiValue, a company specialized in performance and intercultural management, as well as Associate Partner of itim International.
